Ingredients:
1 pound 85/15 ground round
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 hamburger buns
Instructions:
1. Brown ground round and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until meat reaches 160°F on
a meat thermometer. Drain well.
2. To beef mixture, add undrained pineapple, tomato sauce, brown sugar,
Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes until
sauce thickens.
3. Spoon generously on hamburger buns.
