Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds 85/15 ground round
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Lipton dried onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (10-ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
6 baked potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup sour cream
Instructions:
1. Brown beef with onion and celery over medium heat until meat reaches 160°F on a
meat thermometer. Drain off fat and add seasoning, tomato soup and water.
2. Simmer to blend flavors, about 15 to 20 minutes; split potatoes and top with beef mixture.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with a dollop of sour cream.
