Ingredients:
1 pound 80/20 ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 cup cola
2/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard
4 hamburger buns
Instructions:
1. Brown ground chuck and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until meat reaches 160°F
on a meat thermometer. Drain well.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients as listed. Mix well.
3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Spoon generously on hamburger buns.
